How it works
We will keep the process simple
Apply by email – tell us your name, organisation, what support you need and what you’d like to achieve (don't forget to check eligibility - see below).
We match you – if you’re eligible, we’ll connect you with one of our advisors.
Kick-off call – a one-hour chat to go through what’s needed and get you started.
The review – over the next few weeks, your advisor will work with you (around 4–6 hours in total) to identify gaps, share resources, and help you build a clear action plan.
Wrap up – together, you’ll agree next steps and sign off your action plan, so you leave with a clear way forward.

Who can apply?
This programme is designed for smaller Hertfordshire charities and non-profits who:

Have an annual turnover under £250,000

Support adults in Hertfordshire who need social care

Are a not-for-profit (charity, CIC by guarantee, social enterprise, or voluntary group)

Can commit to completing the review within 10 weeks
