Hi, I'm Vivianne

I’m passionate about supporting charities that make a real difference in their communities. After gaining an MBA, I qualified as an executive coach with a focus on NLP and have since worked with organisations including Cranfield University, Whitbread, Camelot, The Church of England, Bank of America, and Volvo. As Chief Executive of Tring Together, I support local businesses and community initiatives, including the award-winning Hertfordshire networking group, BusinessMart.

Through my work with HCF, I provide training and consultancy on governance and leadership, particularly around trustee responsibilities and the working dynamics between Chairs, CEOs, and boards.
