    Work through a key strategic issue to enable your organisation to become more resilient

  • Leadership training

    Identify your core leadership strengths and style, and learn how to build upon these for the benefit of your wider organisation

  • Business Mentor support

    Benefit from the support of an individual Business Mentor over the programme

How does the programme work?

Building Effectiveness is an 10-month programme where you benefit from the support of your peers, two Effectiveness Coaches and your individual Business Mentor.
