Where do you turn to for support?

Do you need some time out from your everyday workload to find solutions and effect change in your organisation? Action learning provides you with a safe space to work through issues and challenges in your role, with the support of a trained facilitator and supportive network of peers.

Action Learning is a way for individuals to tackle issues in real time, in a safe, learning peer group network

Simple, practical and effective, Action Learning is a powerful tried and tested approach. These sessions will enable you to:

  • Reflect on your way forward and learn from others

  • Unpack and develop your ideas

  • Discuss challenging situations in a safe environment
