Hi, I'm Moreen Pascal

a training consultant specialising in assertive communication, inclusive leadership behaviours, and safeguarding adults at risk. I’ve lived and worked in Hertfordshire for over 25 years, and I care deeply about the performance of our voluntary and community sector. Alongside delivering HCF courses, I’m also Chair of HR & Governance at one of my charity boards — so I know first-hand the challenges (and opportunities) trustees face when it comes to embedding safeguarding in practice.
