“I signed up for the course to enable me to increase my confidence in delivering our volunteer training course. It has certainly done that and more. I feel much more confident in my delivery and I am also mindful of delivering to a range of learning styles, so making sure that the training offers a range of delivery methods and practices. In our most recent training course I felt more confident and felt my delivery was more effective too ”
