This session is for those who are responsible for securing funding, reporting to funders or managing a project or service, and want to understand about how to evidence outcomes, monitor and evaluate your services. Suitable for beginners and intermediate level.

We are offering this course fully funded to staff and volunteers from Hertfordshire's voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations.
  • Understand key reporting terms and how to use them effectively.

  • Learn how to implement these terms for clear and efficient reports.

  • Deliver impactful reports and gain stakeholder trust.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the this course you will be able to:

  • Explain the difference between inputs, outputs and outcomes

  • Describe the different outcomes that can be used for individuals, projects and organisations

  • Illustrate how to monitor and evaluate your projects and services.

HCF Training & Development reserves the right to issue a fee in the case of non-attendance of this course without proper notice. Within the 48 hour notice period your course place may be transferred to another eligible individual from your organisation, but not transferred to another course.
