This session is suitable for those who have some knowledge of digital fundraising and want to explore how to use the wide range of tools and resources available to them.

We are offering this course fully funded to staff and volunteers from Hertfordshire's voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the this course you will be able to:

  • Explain how to identify and target donors

  • Know what digital tools are available and how to use them
