2024-25 Online training calendar

Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) - training provided by Workforce Development & Partnership Team (WDPT), Adult Care Services.

HCC WDPT provide a comprehensive calendar of training for the workforce in private and voluntary adult social care providers.

Following a recent needs analysis they have several new courses to meet the needs identified by you, these new courses include Schizophrenia and Psychosis, Assertiveness and Communication, Safeguarding Awareness and Fire Safety Awareness. In addition a large number of their courses and programmes have been reviewed and updated with an increase in half day webinars to ensure courses are more accessible to individuals alongside other commitments.

Places on all courses continue to be fully funded and limited to 2/3 people per organisation per course date.

How to book

This calendar offers a wide range of fully funded training with options for face to face sessions and online trainer-led courses. Please take some time to look through the contents page to see all that is available over the next 12months. Attached is a Wall Chart that captures all courses and dates in one place, if possible it is highly recommended that you print this in A3 or above and would be great if you are able to put this out on display.

To book on any courses please complete and return the booking form attached and return to [email protected] – HCC endeavour to ensure that spaces are fairly distributed so intend to initially limit spaces to a maximum of 3 spaces per date per service.
